ALL SERVICES ARE FREE

Food

7 days a week
8.30am – 1.30pm

We offer tea and coffee, a sandwich,  breakfast and a hot lunch.

Clothing

Mondays
10am – 10.45am

BY TICKET ONLY
30 tickets available, given out to those in the queue from 8am. Each client can have a change of socks and underwear plus three items of clothing.

Housing and welfare advice

Monday to Thursday

We have advice workers who can support with ID, claiming benefits, finding work, searching for housing, social integration and referrals to specialist agencies. 

  • New clients seeking accommodation who are not registered should call 020 7403 1931 – option 1 on Friday at 10 am.
  • New clients seeking help other than accommodation should come directly to the centre at 8:30 am. There are 4–6 appointments per day.
  • Registered clients should phone for an advice appointment (020 7403 1931 – option 1) Monday to Friday, 2 pm – 4 pm.

Showers

7 days a week
8.30am – 1.30pm

30 slots available for all genders, allocated on a first come first serve basis. Arrive at 8.30 am & give your name to a member of staff to secure a slot. We provide towels and basic toiletries.

NHS Nurse

Mondays and Thursdays
9am – 12noon

Appointments are made on the day, and anyone can access this service.

Chiropodist

Twice a month

Mental health

Tuesdays
10am – 11.30am

A member of the Homeless Mental Health Outreach Team is available to see homeless clients suffering from mental health issues.

Migrants & Asylum Seekers

Wednesdays, except 1st of month
9.30am – 12noon

We have a member of the Health Inclusion Team who can provide support and welfare advice for migrants and asylum seekers.

Mobile phone charging

Monday to Friday
8.30am – 1.30pm

We have facilities available for mobile phone charging, available for all clients.

Computers

Mondays, Wednesday to Friday
10.30am – 1pm

We run our IT suite with eleven laptops available for use for all clients.
